Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (A.I) is a key facilitator of universities procedures. Although the performance of AI has stretch out superior levels in developed countries, it is remain in its insufficiency in a lot of the developing nations. In this state, there is an imperative need to determine the important of adopting AI everywhere on Iraqi universities, due to the continuous utilize of a management old-fashioned systems. This research sight to explore applications that may influence the acceptance and adoption of AI in the Iraqi universities. This is achieved based on a qualitative approach of thematic analysis. The AI applications that were adopted and implementation in Al-Mustaqbal University were combined with the e-government servers and cloud computing. A sample of six superior administrators and lecturers from the Al-Mustaqbal University were interviewed to acquire their perspectives of the advantages of AI in the University. The interviews were analyzed by the NVivo tool for efficiency and time-saving. The findings suggest that applications of AI combined with the e-government servers and cloud computing integrated into the proposed research was to improve a management new-fashioned systems in dealing with scientific research methods. Moreover,the results of represent a practical guide for administrators and lecturers seeking to appreciate the real effect of AI and e-government acceptance on policymaker’s perceptions in the university in particular and ministry of higher education and scientific research.
